Simone Morabito

Simone Morabito is partner of Studio Morabito Law and Tax Firm. He is member of the Turin Bar Association since 2008.

He graduated in law from both the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin (Civil Law) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Nice – France (International Law). He also earned a postgraduate master from Hofstra University, Long Island, United States of America (International Business Transactions and Comparative Constitutional Law).

He worked as Associate, in Italy, for Studio Legale Baudino e Associati, Balbo di Vinadio e Associati, Vasapolli e Associati Tax and Law Firm in Turin, and in France, for Savin Martitet et Associés, di Parigi.

He specializes in commercial law (corporate and international), international contracts, merger and acquisitions, bankruptcy law, intellectual property, civil, tax and international litigation. Art law. He is President and Founder of BusinessJus (www.BusinessJus.com) and author of numerous articles and publications concerning company law and art law.
